Our CPD Beginners to Boss Pathway to Aesthetics was created for ambitious beginners who want a structured, credible route into the aesthetics industry, without a medical background or prior qualifications. This isn’t a taster course or a one-off training day. It’s a carefully designed pathway that provides the knowledge, practical experience and confidence needed to begin your aesthetics career safely, professionally and with integrity. Throughout the programme, you’ll be guided step by step through the core foundations of aesthetics, building from skin and anatomy through to injectables and complications management. You’ll leave understanding not just how treatments are performed, but why they’re done, ensuring strong decision-making, safety and long-term results. Whether you’re passionate about beauty, skin or aesthetic treatments, this pathway offers the clarity, support and expert guidance needed to start your journey the right way, without rushing, cutting corners or compromising on standards. Also includes 2 Confidence Days after training.

Before attending the academy, you’ll be enrolled onto our online learning platform, allowing you to work through the theoretical elements of the course at your own pace. Inside the platform, you’ll have access to: Detailed course manuals PowerPoint presentations Pre-recorded learning videos This online preparation ensures you arrive at the academy feeling informed, confident, and ready to make the most of your practical training. You’ll then attend four days of face-to-face training at the academy, where theory is brought to life through hands-on learning and expert guidance.

To support your learning and understanding, you’ll be issued two assignments alongside guided home study. Complications Management Learn how to recognise, prevent, and manage complications, with safety and patient care at the heart of your training. Anatomy & Physiology Develop a strong understanding of facial anatomy and physiology to support safe and effective treatment delivery. Fundamentals of Aesthetics Gain insight into skincare principles, facial structure, and the science behind aesthetic treatments.

Client Consultation Learn how to confidently assess client needs, provide personalised treatment recommendations, and build strong, lasting client relationships. Safety & Sanitation Understand essential hygiene practices, infection control, and safety protocols to protect both you and your clients in a clinical setting.
