The Focus - Level 3 Access to Aesthetics programme is designed to provide a clear, supported entry route into the aesthetics industry for those with little or no previous experience. This recognised qualification equips learners with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and professional understanding required to begin their journey in aesthetics and progress confidently within the sector. This course provides the foundations needed to move on to more advanced qualifications, including Level 4 and beyond.

Your training begins with a Zoom introduction with your allocated tutor, where your learning calendar will be planned in line with guided theory sessions and practical requirements. Theory sessions are delivered via Zoom or classroom-based learning, typically in the evening to fit around working hours. These sessions are mandatory and supported by structured reading materials and theory work to ensure a strong understanding of core principles. You will attend the academy for practical training and assessment sessions, with dates scheduled towards the end of the programme and plenty of notice provided to support travel planning.

Practical assessment sessions take place at the academy and form an essential part of the qualification. You will also attend sessions for internal quality assurance and external quality assurance visits, ensuring the qualification meets recognised standards. Once you have achieved the required competencies, case studies may be completed within your own clinic setting, allowing you to apply learning in a real working environment.
